The gorges of Koseč and St. Just's church
Koseč is only 1 km away from Drežnica. Below the village there is very interesting St. Just's church with well preserved medieval frescoes. Wonderful circle walking path also starts here. Creeks Brisnik and Stopnik are streeming down to Ročica river, building numerous waterfalls. Along the path you can rest on energetic points.
Kozjak waterfall
On the road between Kobarid and Drežnica you will find indication where to leave your car. Along the walk towards the waterfall we can see bunkers and caverns from both world wars. Kozjak waterfall is hidden in half open cave and we can reach it by walking an attractive path. About 200 meters lower the water build another waterfall - little Kozjak.

Wonderful collection that will tell you all about WW1 and Isonzo front. The Kobarid museum was nominated for »Museum of the year« by European council in 1993.
